I can't find anything in my paperwork about how many calories I should be eating 4 weeks post surgery.

I’m sorry if I’m being a debbie downer.  That is truly not my intent.  I am struggling.  I had surgery a month ago on May 18.  My dad passed away on the morning of May 19.  I am a revision from lap band to gas

I had the lap band in 2008, lost over 100 pounds and then it slipped and my port flipped.  Gained every single pound back.

I originally had lap band surgery in 2008 and that's what it shows next to my name.  I had gastric bypass on May 18, 2015 and that's the date I would like to match up with what I am doing now.  Any quick tips or hints on how to change that?

I generally weight myself on Thursdays and Monday mornings.  The one I "count" in my log is Monday mornings.  Thursday is just to keep me in check.  I had surgery on May 18 and as of June 8 I was down 18 pounds.  Yeah me.
