I always just search for recipes that call for it. Here is the one for the pumpkin bread I made:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin Puree
2 cups Almond Flour
1/4 cup Honey
2 Large Organic Free Range Eggs
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:  Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately very well.  I recommend using a mixer to blend all the ingredients together nicely.  It will be a thicker batter.  Put in a loaf tin.  Bake at 350 for 30-40  minutes.

Good morning,

It's pretty cold out there today, at least the sun is shining and should warm up by lunchtime.

I am a Dove/Olay/Aveeno girl.  I use either Dove soap or Aveeno body wash in the shower, Olay gentle cloths or the creamy facial wash for my face and either Olay Regenerist, or Loreal Revitalift for my facial moisturizer.  Aveeno lotion for my body.  I used to only use aveeno for hand cream but I love the gold bond healing hand cream, except for the flowery smell.   But it makes my hands look and feel much better.

My foundation changes every now and then, I used to only use Loreal or Lancome, now I use Cover Girl Simply Luminous, it goes on light and stays on all day and I use Garnier rollerball BB eye concealer.  I stopped using powder blush and use my lipstick as blush, powder can look cakey as we get older.  I also used to use Lancome Mascara, but now use Cover Girl Volume Max (I think that's what it is called).

Time since surgery:  almost 7 mos.

L:  Turkey, lettuce, whole wheat bread (1 slice)

Dang!  Is anyone else having their weight not update?  I've retried several times and it still doesn't work.

It updated for me a few days ago when I had a change, but I haven't tried it today.  Damn that scale for not moving fast enough to let me help you test it.

Even though I've updated my weigh several times, the ticker hasn't updated in weeks.  It should say 158 lbs. lost, thankyouverymuch.

Great day, even if I have to go get my boobies squished in a mammogram later this afternoon.

I use dove soap. My husband would totaly prefer to use dial or irish spring, but I have talked him into the fancy coconut milk dove, and I love it. I don't use traditional lotion, but I use organic coconut oil after the shower. That stuff is awesome.

Food for the day:

B: Light and Fit Greek key lime, coffee with cream

L: Ham with a laughing cow wrapped in half a low carb tortila (won't be eating more than a few bites of the tortilla)

D: chili with cheese

S: chicken jerky, laughing cow and a few cranberry oat crackers and a light and fit (might not eat the yogurt, I have it logged as desert so I can make my protein goal)

We slather the little ones up with organice coconut oil after their baths!  We use it on the "babies" bum also if he gets a little red from his diapers ;)  We cloth diaper and cant use things like desitin with them, the coconut oil works GREAT!!
