Water is on track, morning batch of supplements is finished, exercise will be half an hour (at least) on the treadmill. I've been doing well with the exercise, so I'm thinking I may hit the treadmill in the morning and the evening today. I finally got our smaller television set up in front of the treadmill, so now there's no excuse: I can exercise AND be entertained at the same time!
So, what's up with you all today?

Morning, N! Sounds like a good day for you overall. What kind of dog do you have that takes YOU for a walk instead of the other way around?

Good Morning Pam, NDHM, and other OH friends! It is a lovely day here in Alabama. The weather is sunny with a little breeze which made my walk very nice. Bella enjoyed walking a mile while I walked two. She watched me walk the other and probably wondered why I stopped she could not go any further than she could. I tied her up to the bench so her little legs could rest, gave her some water and let her cool off. I do not want her to over do it. She is little and new at this exercising/walking/running business! She comes home and collapses in her chair after drinking a bowl of ice water. Poor baby! She loves it though! NDHM, what kind of dog do you have? Is it used to going on walks with you? What is your name? If you do not mind sharing it? Thanks Sara
I am off balance because my routine is messed up because I did not weigh! LOL! I am resisting though because I told you I would Pam and Anny! I've just got to stay out of the master bathroom and bedroom as much as possible. LOL!
Well I had my first batch of meds. and vitamins, yogurt, coffee, walk, and am working on my third bottle of water. I am trying Wyler's Polar Blast flavor pack. It is good for something different. I normally drink the Peach tea or Wild grape. Just wanted to share in case you were in a water slump.
Here's what's on the menu for today:

Good morning all! Woke up to blue and sunny skies here in the Philadelphia area which meant it was time to meet my colleague to walk the track this morning. We did 1.5 miles on the track, which meant 2 miles total for me, so I'm already more than half way to my steps goal for the day - nice! It also gives me a jump start on water, which I like.
Pam, did you end up going to the gym yesterday or using your own treadmill?
My day ended up getting totally goofy yesterday so lunch and protein were...not good! But back on plan today and moving forward.
Time since surgery: 6.5 weeks
B: 3oz cottage cheese, 1oz unsweetened applesauce
S: 12oz Nectar Lemon Tea protein shake
L: egg salad, cheese stick, 1oz steamed sugar snap peas - this is the first time I've brought my lunch to work and plan to stay here to eat it. Since I've been back I've been going home at lunchtime since I live only 3 blocks away, but my day is jam packed due to vacations today and wouldn't allow for it. I'm only reluctant to have lunch here because I know it will bring up questions from nosy coworkers, boo.
S: 12oz Nectar Lemon Tea protein shake
D: 1/4 cup eggbeaters, 1oz turkey sausage crumbles, 1 slice colby-jack cheese
S: 12oz Nectar Lemon Tea protein shake
TOTALS: Calories 652, Fat 17.6, Carbs 16.6, Protein 105.5
V: working on it
W: getting it in!
E: 2 miles this morning, planning to hit the gym if I have the energy for an elliptical work out
The scale has been moving .5 pound a day for the last few days. Is it the upped exercise? Better liquid intake? A fluke? I don't know, but I like it!

It is great to log on and read that everyone is exercising and taking care of their bodies. We've got this!

Anny, glad to hear the scale is cooperating with you! I just used my treadmill at home, I don't want to head to the gym unless I'm going to be working out with other equipment as well. My home treadmill is a professional model just like gyms use, so I can program it and get a good workout from that as well. And like you, I noticed a drop in weight today (finally!): I'm down a pound, yay! Could it be the exercise? Mebbe so. Whatever it is, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and hope it continues!
