Hello All! Sounds like everyone i****ting the exercise hot and heavy. Awesome! I have been nursing an old knee injury the last couple of weeks so my exercise has been focusing on rehabbing the knee which does not include much aerobic exercise I'm afraid. Also some light weights and band work. Good news is the knee is better so the plan is walking tomorrow! Menu coming up. Whew my calories were high today, oops! Will do better tomorrow. Tuna salad got a little stuck today. I think it was too dry. Again, no foamies but my mouth was watering and I had that pain just below my sternum and in my back. Resolved in about 30 minutes. Here goes.....
