JLS, if I were you, I'd double check the listings in MFP for shrimp. The one you're using doesn't seem right...three large shrimp should have lots more than 3 grams of protein. I think you did better than is showing here!

Good work on C25K - keep it up! I always look at runners and think they never look happy, but I think it's unlikely it will kill you ;-)

Good work on your totals for the day, and good luck on your C25K. You never know, you may just become a running convert. I'm waiting until I've lost a little more to make any serious attempt at running, my knees just aren't in very good shape and I don't think pounding my current weight onto them is a very good idea.

I have been here for the last 4 months and finally figured out how to load a profile photo!  

It's 11 pm I am not hungry and still haven't had my snack.

Hey DcGirl. Have a fab trip! If I could do Singapore, you can do London. Best of luck. If you haven't left, you might be up those Starkist single serve tuna packs. Mixed with mustard they were great alone or thrown over a green salad when in a pinch. Try to log in and let us know how your trip is going. I leave again in 2 weeks, and like you, hate being out of my routine. But we've proven we can not only succeed, but actually lose weight while traveling. Safe travels!
