Ugh!

Is what I'm feeling right now. Got home from work, and was a little hungry, so I warmed up some mashed potatoes/gravy. Just a couple of tablespoonsful in a small (my cereal bowl). I ate three spoonfuls and it was up in my throat again,,,,that was at 8:30pm (it's now 1230am) and I still feel like crap. I'm not overindulging, barely eating a 1/3 of what I should be, and I'm still having problems with this. I'm eating slow, chewing the food until it's soup, taking small bites, still eating off a baby spoon, etc. Anyway, I took my measurements today and even though I'm not getting in enough food, and not losing that much weight, my measurements are still going down, so that's a good thing.

I started back doing my water aerobics classes, yay!!!!!! The water felt so good, but I was sore 4 hours later already! I'll go M-W-F at 10a-11:15a and on Tues-Thurs at 6-7pm, then on Saturday it's open swim for 3 hrs, so I do a mixture of aerobics/water jogging w/ a noodle. Who would have thought that using a noodle in the water would be so much fun!
I also have been on my elliptical down the basement. I paid over $300 for that machine probably about 7 or 8 years ago and I bet you money that I haven't been on it 10x! But hey it'll come in handy for my exercise routine for the rest of this life of mine. OK, my eyes are still dry/sore from the chlorine so I'm going to use some Visine and go to bed. C'ya  Anita
