Happy New Year!

Jan 01, 2015

Well,  after a rough month of having my gallbladder surgery and then three weeks later having my blood pressure drop through the floor causing me to collapse and fall only to break two ribs, I can still say that I am eternally grateful for my weight loss surgery.  I lost an additional 25 lbs in the past month, but not probably the right way. As another year passes,  the weight stays off.  What's the secret?  I don't really know.  I still follow the original direction that the doctors gave of eating proteins first.  Also, trying to stay away from high calorie and fried foods.  Just never give up.  Good luck to anyone having the gastric bypass surgery.  Let me know if there is anything I can do for you!
