Finally! Completed the Spreadsheet Medical History form ..!

omg .. I have been struggling and struggling to fill out the Excel spreadsheet document form Dr. Ungson. I am not familiar with how to do this and found it difficult. Uggh!Trying to delete text from the boxes, accidentally deleting headers and such. First we couldn't even open the document until Charlie downloaded the correct program onto my computer. That took 1 hour yesterday morning. Then he set me up at my computer to start filling it out but I got the boxes all messed up. When I went to open a new one to start over.. well, I couldn't get the document to open. Well it opened up but I wasn't able to type on it.
So I just put it away.
This morning.. I was almost done and my computer ran out of juice. Luckily I ran to plug it back in and was able to recover the screen.
Then I had to telephone Charlie with "I'm finished, now what do I do with it?"
Ack!
I saved it to my desktop. Attached it to an email and email it back to Luz.
Whew!
I am not all that computer savvy except for the basics LOL .. (as you can tell by now)
Anyways that is done and hopefully will be adequate on their end.
One step closer!
