Here I Come...!!!!!

     Keys are calling !!!!! The Florida Keys that is and I am answering the call. I am boarding a charter Bus at 2 pm today OMG I can hardly wait stayed up to 2 am packing for relatively small amount of clothes, mostly scuba gear. Love it so much and was fearful things were going to be canceled due to my daughter being in hospital. She went home last night and my excitement is through the roof!! DIVE DIVE DIVE the cow goes diving again. 
    I am still the same weight as I was 6 months ago , ughh. but I did loose the weight I had pout on while dating  so I guess a smile was earned to get back to my pre-dating weight . Trying to keep to the diet but feel so tired alot. Talked to the Dietitian and she thinks I may have cut the carbs too much. Maybe that explains the carbs bus when the stores ran out?!  I was told I need 130-150 gm carbs a day. I will be trying to monitor these better. 
       I am remembering to put myself first and taking care of the inner ME that  I have suppressed for so Long. I really think many of US on the journey have suppressed the real ME to make others pleased . I am now working on learning about ME and to be ME is not a sign of neediness, selfishness, foolish. I can be ME and fit in  or I can Stand out. Getting used to this is gonna take some work, but I am willing to try. 
    Met Chef Dave this month as well- nice experience and enjoyed his cooking and recipes with advice. Nice guy and inspiration for all bariatric patients. 
     DIVE time so I will write later.
