Believing and trusting ME

    I have been true to my inner self this week and stood up to things that sent me to the scariest places inside. I have survived and learned once again the trust I place in ME is well deserved. I ended a relationship- stepping back and seeing what the inner ME knew. He was sabotaging my weight loss and was closing in a tightrope to control  ME . I am now aware he was not realistic and neither was I in some ways. 
    Time off has been nice , yet anxiety is trying to rear it's head and the mindless eating  beacons!!! I am getting back to my diet for ME and getting strict again. Carbs are taunting , little less each day. work will be keeping me busy and hopefully help.
     Word to the wise  " Respect your inner SELF/ME " you are the most important . Best of all LOVE yourself!!!
