Just wondering, has anybody used a nutribullet? Would it be acceptable after surgery?

Yes and it's fantastic!  Get the $89 one, tho. You don't need any more than that.

I used my nutribullet regularly while making shakes and puréed foods.  I got the least expensive version too.  I recommend one.

Love it, use it daily, acceptable after surgery.  The Nutribullet has the perfect amount of power--cheaper machines don't mix protein shakes well enough and expensive machines mix protein shakes too much resulting in a yucky frothy texture. High recommendation.

This little device is fantastic.  Just the right size and does a great job.  Use mine daily, sometimes twice a day! Super smooth protein shakes and puddings are just a few of its uses.  You will also say, "This is $89 well spent."

I have the Nutribullet Pro on a great deal that made it less than the $89 version, but I found a negative side effect:  It's actually too powerful for protein shakes.  it makes way too much foam, so I just use a blender bottle.  But, for pureeing food and things like that, it's awesome.

Yes, worth making it clear to get the original Nutribullet---not the new, pro model.  Too powerful equals too frothy/foamy.  Here's what goes in my daily, morning protein concoction:  milk, Kiefer, wheat germ, flaxmeal, frozen spinach leaves, frozen banana, frozen berries, and a scoop of protein powder.

Now 7 d post op. Using the cheaper Nutribullet. How about the "air" that is added to the shake or food?  If using a straw adds too much, what does all this frothing do???  I've been letting it "settle out" before sipping.  Advice? Feeling a bit "tired" and weak but otherwise doing well. Thanks for the info and support I've found here while lurking.
