I'm 5'7. I was apple shaped, now I'm more pair shaped. I want to try the bombshell!

It's worth going for a professional fitting treat yourself.

Yes, you may be right. I noticed that depending on the brand/ website- the measuring instructions are different. If I go by the VS website.. that I am a 40 C. If the JMS website I would be a 42 B or C. I think I just need to go in and let a pro figure it out.

It should be free at any quality store.

that's my advice too.  Get fitted! Stop by a mall on your way home from work and just get fitted say at Lane Bryant or where ever and then shop for your size online if you want to minimize time in the store.

I'm down a little more than 80 lbs and desperately need to buy some new bras. I'm a little perplexed because my breasts look different. I used to be more... um... full. Now that I am thinner I am more saggy but they have less fullness and fat so they don't stick out as far but they kind of hang down. I'm not sure how to measure because if I measure around the fullest part, even though they don't stick out to make the measurement higher they still hang. I typically buy my bras online so I don't have to bring my preschooler to the store with me. I'm having trouble determining cup size. Any ideas?

Also, what styles work best? I was probably a 48 C preop. I had mostly underwear but hated them. I was thinking about trying the genie bras because they look comfy. I would need a bra to minimize "show through." Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks again. I'm still trying to figure out this body of mine.....

I went from a 48DD to a 38 or 36 C or B depending on the bra. My #1 favorite, without a doubt (and I have a dozen of) is the Bali 3353

I was telling two friends how much I lived it...they each had one on, too! :)

probably the favorite bra of the itty bitty ***** committee, droopy chapter, lol. They lift and give an appearance of better volume.

Try one!

This post was linked here a looong time ago and I have it saved for when I lose enough weight to need to buy more bras.  It's amazing.  Super fantastic information.  I sincerely hope that it helps you as much as it has helped me!

I went from a J to an F. The ladies aren't quite what they used to be. I second Sonja--no Genie bras. You want the ladies up front and center. You will look and feel better.

Go and get a professional fitting. You may find that you have to try a number of bras. Is there someone who would watch your little one for a short time?
