Damn....i desperately need to go shopping. i did a really horrible job preparing for this week...im managing to stay on track but Im reallly over egg whites.
B: egg white omlette

D: If I have enough energy when I get home from therapy, I want to attempt some paleo blueberry pancakes.
Im super stressed today, so im almost kind of glad i didnt really have any food to bring to work with me because i would have eaten it all by 10am.
