Almost 4 Months Post-Op

I have been very hard on myself for not losing weight faster. I have been beating myself up and have felt like such a "loser". And when I say loser i do not mean that in a good way! So I did some real soul searching and a lightbulb went off. When i look at the scale losses day-to-day they seem unremarkable. But when I look at the journey as a whole I realize I have lost 50 lbs since the day I was wheeled into surgery almost 4 months ago and that makes me so happy.When I read someone has lost 70 lbs in 4 months I feel so happy for them but wondered why I didn't lose that much? I am too hard on myself. All that matters is that I stay on track and accept my victories and not compare me to anybody else. I realized I have lost 74 lbs total. That means only 26 more lbs until I reach my second goal of 100 lbs lost!
My first goal was to leave the 300's behind. I cried the day that happened last May25th.
