4 Weeks Post Op (Check Up with Surgeon)

I couldn't be happier! I had my check-up today and my surgeon said I am doing real well! My incisions look great, in fact you can hardly see them! (My surgeon did VSG with the SPIDER system- AMAZING! Less incisions, easier healing, etc.) I'm finally starting to see some of my progress - although I must say I am surprised, no one has said anything to me about my weight loss - so maybe its not that apparent? I don't know. I didn't tell many people what I was going through and I have been on rollercoaster diets over the last um-teen years, so likely a lot of them if they are noticing are thinking its just another diet and I am going to gain it back - well, not me- thanks to my new tool - my sleeve!
