My First Blog Post

3 weeks til my Liver Shrink Diet and 5 weeks until surgery!!  With each passing day, I'm getting more and more anxious. I want to be successful. By successful, I mean healthy and I want to look good. It seems like maybe in the last 4 years I've finally come into myself and come to terms with my weight and that weight doesn't have to hinder you from looking beautiful. So with that being said, I'm just ready to get rolling. I'm trying to get in the habit of doing and not doing certain things. For example, I've given up my morning chicken biscuit combo from McDonalds. I have replaced that with either a protein smoothie or oatmeal. Also I've been trying to start working out and taking multivitamins. Most importantly, I've been trying different 0-5 calorie beverages...WHEWW this is going to be tough. I think I may end up sticking with water because that artificial sweetener is gross and it's not very healthy for you either. So what can you do? Anywho...guess I'll stop here!
