So the weight has been coming off so slow.  I follow the diet and walk/run 5 times a week...kinda hate looking at the scale.  I have noticed that my clothes are looser and I have had to add two new smaller holes to my favorite belt!  I need to take my measurements again to help me not feel so disapointed...also maybe keep in mind that although I have only lost about 2-3 pounds a week that is still better than EVER before!
