Why I love Mark's Work Warehouse.

On the weekend when I picked up my flyers, I found a coupon for 10.00 off at Marks.  Up until now I have not shopped there, I was always afraid nothing would fit.  Since they had their pants on sale for 29.99 I thought I would give it a shot.  I walked in wearing my size 12 jeans and started looking around.  I thought I would try all the cuts and see which one I liked the best.  Off to the dressing room I went, put my leg in the first pair and could tell ... too big, did this again for the rest and still too big.  I took the pants back to the shelves and started looking for size 10, the sales lady came up to me and suggested I try the 8.  I laughed.   Back in the dressing room, first leg in, second leg in.. damn... these are too big as well.   The sales lady knocked on the door to see how I was doing, I said, I think you are right.. maybe an 8.  She returned with a few pair and I found I loved the curvy cut in size 8.  I was so excited I almost cried.  I have gone from a snug 24 in January to a size 8.  I look in the mirror and still cannot believe this is me.  I actually go into certain stores and wait for someone to come up to me and say... get out.. you don't belong here.  It is a daunting ride, but one I would gladly take over again.
