My Best work out ever!!!!
Day #10 of my 30 day elliptical interval training challenge:
60 min. / 4 miles / 6,304 strides / 724 cal. burned!!!
resting phase = 3 min. with ramp @ 7 & resistance @ 1
working phase = 4 min. with ramp @ 15 & resistance @ 8
When I reached 4 miles I had to scream out loud.....I couldn't believe it :-)
