The scale says im losing weight, but i still feel huge

So, Ive lost 37 pounds so far, on the down siz\de i can maybe eat a handful of things and most of the time i can only have a bite or so, so i stay hydrated and make a alot of strawberry and banana smoothies... dairy queens light strawberry bananas with protien boost (small)... the club crackers and plain almonds are good also... The hubbs leaves for over seas soon so its gonna be hard... the scale says im losing wieght but i still feel huge does any one else feel that way??
