The first week

Well i had my surgery on 30 july 2013, and was discharged on the 31st, then re admitted for extreme pain in my chest and shortness of breath, i was released yesterday to go home, but nothing seems, good, when i take in deep breaths i still have pain in the center of my chest and the lower part of my back, im just so miserable and kinda regretting doing this...when my family eats dinner it makes me depressed. any ideas or help would be great
