Tomorrow, I am 7 Months Post-Op and Since Surgery have lost 146 pounds. Total weight loss is 171 pounds. I feel better than I have in years and love myself more and more everyday. Eating has gotten easier, hardly no nausea. Protein levels are good and I feel amazing. Cannot wait to see where I am in a year's time.Love to all.
