Concussion

so yesterday I started my new job and Tim (my hubb) started his second day of Optifast. I started out my day by passing out on my new boss and slamming my head in to a tile floor 😰 so I stayed at work all day and then after I went to the urgent care, I have a dang concussion and they sent me somewhere else for a CT scan I get the results tomorrow they suspect I cracked my skull. Scary scary! I finally got an appointment for Thursday morning to get in to the cardiologist that supposedly knows about this condition I have. There are only so many times my skull can take that kind of a beating. I hope this doctor can get it figured out and make it to where I can stop passing out this incident made number 8. My poor hubby feels like he is dying on Optifast he is super weak and says his legs are hurting him not sure what that's about. Hopefully he can follow through I have made him a few protein shakes using Bariatric Foodies recipes and they are his savior he says 😉 I'm hoping for a better tomorrow!!
