crazy scary week

So this week has been unreal for me! Good things have happened and then terrible! First the good, I hit my 10 month surgery anniversary on the 4th I have taken off 140 pounds and I am extremely satisfied with that! I found out Tuesday I got the promotion I went up for at work and the hours are going to help me greatly! okay now to the bad. on Tuesday morning my 16 year old boy was struck by a car while riding his bike to school and landed in the hospital. he was just released this morning. he has torn muscles across his back and hip, a swollen head, and road rash on one arm. thank goodness he is a big guy or he would have gotten hurt worse! Same day (obviously much later in the day) I went to my appointment and got told they believe I have Nuero Cardiogenic Syncope which is why I have been getting dizzy and passing out, having heart palpitations, tired, cranky, and just overall not myself. My Dr said it gets misdiagnosed all of the time so anyone having these symptoms should check it out on Google. I am waiting for a list of doctors that are familiar with this illness and can treat me properly. I am a little worried about training for this new job and having all these issues! then throw on top bariatric gas and I am nervous I think I'm going to try bean-o for everyone's sanity. it has been a crazy stressful week and I am proud of myself for not using it as an excuse to stress eat it was not easy! I am happy I have this site I can post on just to get things off of my chest.
