Well what a difference a week can make..... I have joined the gym and I have started going 3 x a week..... I have decided that if I want to jazz up my weight loss, I have got to move more..... my hubby is my biggest cheerleader and I love going to the gym with him... he is a runner, so this is old hat to him.... he loves the gym, but I have not had that relationship with it, but maybe it will happen..... as for this week, life is good and I wish I had done this years ago..... almost in the "220's"...... havent seen those numbers on my scale in about 25 yrs..... GOD is good...
