Back again, I cannot believe this foolishness. I have no reason not to lose the 30 pounds I set out to lose ove a year ago. OK...today is a new day. My new game plan is to try Dr Oz Detox diet, not if..but when ia stick to it and the punds melt off..I plan on rolling it out t my husband and daughter, This weekend I will stock up on all the stuff I need.
