Back on the Horse again

So moch has happened in the past year & a half that I haven't allowe myself the time and efforts that it takes to really take care of my self. with the addition of a 13 year old to the family, every day is  challenge. We have had  her for a year now and I think Ihave run out of excuses for my 30 pound weight gain and lack of motivation. The truth is I can find the time and  put forth the effort if I really wanted to. So this is where the rubber meets the road, time to put up or shut up. No more procrastination and excuses, time to get off my butt and do something, time to realize my own self truth & get busy living or get busy dying.
