So we had an oops!  I thought I was ovulating the week after we were intimate but it was during that time.  Anyway, here I am 7 weeks and my first appt. next Tuesday.  I hope everything is going well w/ the little bean and I am trying to stay on track,

Sharing some victories this week!  

First is I am now down 97 lbs since I started this journey (Jan. 2016).  I started at 5'5 277 and I am now 180 lbs!

I am down 76 lbs since surgery on 4/28/16 (256).

Hello!!!  It's been a little while since I've been on.  Summer was in full swing and of course now the kids are back to school.

Had surgery on 4/28 and since then have lost 38 lbs.  My first goal of 40 lbs gone is within arms reach!  Since I started this journey in January with 4 months of mandatory dietitian visits I am down 59 lbs!!

So today is exactly 3 weeks post op!  43 lbs down since January, when I started this journey, and 22 lbs down since my surgery.  I am extremely happy with my progress thus far.  I still have some areas to work on: drinking more water and getting closer

So Thursday, 4/28, was my surgery.  All went well but I woke up in horrible pain...and I can tolerate a good amount of pain.  I haven't really had to take my blood pressure meds but after surgery I was on them.  The gas pain, is by far the worst and I
