The Stress Test was Hell......

That pre-op stress test yesterday made me realize I have to have the surgery no matter what. I barely made it up to my baseline. I was on the treadmill 3 minutes and needed to be on it 6. I went in thinking no problem. Ha!I also needed help getting off the table for the laying down part of the test. What a humbling experience. I have come to a crossroads in my health, It is either lose the weight or die. I am standing at the crossroad and I chose life.
