Celebrated the big 40!

Well I have to say it felt pretty good to be at my lowest weight in 19 years as I walked into my 40th Birthday party last night! I felt really good & I think I looked pretty good. My husbands aunt has not seen me since August & she said "you're half the size your where since I saw you last." That made my night, especially since I've only lost 43 lbs. I enjoyed some hors de' oeuvers then stopped eating since I was drinking wine. I started getting that really full feeling & I didn't want to go past that. It didn't even bother me that I couldn't keep eating because i love to dance, and dance I did! I'm sure that's why I lost weight today. I did the elliptical before the party, then all that dancing. It felt fantastic to celebrate, have wine, and food, while still having so much control. The sleeve kept me in check. & I had a blast to. My sisters picked the theme for my party. It was forty & fabulous!! For the first time in many years I truly felt fabulous :)
