It has been a while

It has been a little while since I have posted I am always lurking in the background and reading everyone's posts trying to keep myself positive. I have lost a lot of weight and I love my pouch I was very excited and motivated in the beginning and was always working out and staying on track lately I have realized that even though I am not doing terrible I have been eating things that I shouldn't and I have been drinking a lot of coffee instead of water. I have not regained or anything and I am still losing very slowly but I want to be fully recommitted! I really want to reach my goal weight even though my body does feel comfy where it is. My doctor says I should be around 120-125 and I am currently 148.8 so not far away. I am going to commit to slowly add back in my exercise and to continue using my menu to keep me on track. I also use myfitnesspal to track as well. My big oh my gosh thing I am only going to have 1 cup of coffee a week! I have to get back to drinking my water I think that will help the scale move for me. This one will be extremely hard for me. I am also going to be finding a new doctor to follow up with as I have moved and have not found a new doctor yet. I also would like to post more often to give myself support!
