I did it...I completed sucessfully the 5 day Pouch Test..never cheating once. The first 2 days were hardest..but i did it. along the way I discovered that I can do the things that I really want to do..I just have to Really want to do it..& that my tool is not broken, I have been misusing and abusing it. I think owe my body an apology.
