Hi Price. Congratulations! What an accomplishment! You're obviously doing everything right. I'm a little over 1 1/2 years and doing well. Can't wait to have a post like yours in a few more years.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Happy Tuesday LW's!!!!!    DD#1 is on her way to Erie and DD#3 is on her way to Dallas, TX.  DH and I are responsible for 5 grandkids to/from day care, preschool, school, sports etc. for the next few days.  Schedule is light today so DH can handle it but tomorrow I'm taking a vacation day to help him out.  We got 4 pages of instructions....LOL.

Yes, I got the bread recipe from LowCarbYum.  It is pretty good but not sure I will make again.  My dogs love it.  I think you could substitute milk for the yogurt in the pudding.
