Hi Everyone,not much going on here i've noticed.I am 46 and I had wls on Dec 1 2003 my starting weight was 565 lbs(my highest weight was 598)and today I weigh 240 lbs up 20 lbs in the last month.I need to get back on track and I will.I hope you all have a great night...............steve
