It's a pretty broad category. Some, like DNP, are downright dangerous. The rest are just a waste of money.
Follow your plan and you'll do fine. You don't need fad diets and hinky pills. Use the honeymoon period to learn new eating habits. Check out therapy if you need help wth food issues.
