Getting upset! Haven't lost any weight for 1 month
I am just coming off of my 4 week stall and it was terrifying, but I started drinking more protien shakes (I refused to eat or drink anything until I finished the first one that morning) and taking a walk up and down the stairs at work on my 3 breaks its 5 flights (because I too have a desk job) and it broke the weight loss stall.
