Getting upset! Haven't lost any weight for 1 month
I sit at a desk all day, too. I put a reminder on my computer that pops up EVERY HOUR and says "Walk 5 minutes". Most of the time, I heed it and get up and walk around. Doing this, plus walking the dog morning and evening, and I'm getting between 7000-8000 steps per day. This is something very easy that anyone can do. I also park my car far away from the door, whether I'm at work or going shopping. Every extra step helps.
You can do this. I promise. Just one step at a time, both with exercise and food.
Sending you hugs!
Read the 'What are you eating today RNYers?' post, it really has helpful ideas.

What, exactly, are you eating every day? I would start by weighing and measuring every bite I eat and logging it on MyFitnessPal.

It may just be a stall, but I highly recommend you measure your portions and track exactly what you are eating. Too many people live in denial and want to blame the surgery. Take control of your own health.
I also started out over 300 pounds and maintain my 200 pound loss quite easily. I know I am responsible for what I eat. I do what it takes to maintain and do not make excuses. Responsibility is key.

I can totally feel you...and sorry you have stalled for last couple months...Do a check on your water and getting more protein in along with some walking..Stay positive...you can do it...start with some little changes...and take it one day at a time...I go back for my 3rd EGD post op with Dr Dan because I keep getting restrictions- closing off of my esophagus...I have only lost 3 pounds since 1st month visit because of this...It is very upsetting...But we can do this....We will beat this!!!!!!

I had my RNY two months before you -- and I had my first major stall about two months ago. It lasted nearly 3 weeks. No worries. I just stuck with the plan -- I weigh, measure and log everything -- so I knew I was on plan. I've lost over 150 lbs so far. If you are following plan, you can't help but lose! :-)
