One pound from "onderland"

Friday is my weigh day, yesterday was my four months since surgery. Last week was the first time the scale did not move but I knew the problem so I got back on the Airdyne and this mornings wt loss was 5 lbs! That totals me a 70 lb loss (51 inches) in four months and only one lb from "onderland". I feel wonderful!!!

Fantastic! I'm right behind you - my surgery was a few weeks after yours and I'm only 9 pounds away from 'onderland'! Such a good feeling, right?!

Thank you!!! We are away since Saturday and I have been using the fitness room at the resort for the first time ever!! I am finding out that these fancy machines, including the bicycle do not burn as many calories as my Airdyne!!!
