Oh Yeah protein bars!

I've been seeing a lot of post about Quest protein bars, as well as others, but not many mention Oh Yeah Good Grab protein bars. They are really good and have good stats on them. They are just the right size and work to get me through a meal in a pinch. I only eat them when I am out and about and can't eat lunch/dinner at home.i never go through a drive thru, too tempting to eat badly. So if you're looking for a good protein bar, give them a try. I get mine from the Bariatric store, but amazon does sell them.

I just ordered the Peanut Butter Caramel bars through Amazon and should have them Friday.  Thanks for the suggestion!  I just wonder how much sugar is in them?

im not sure if they post their nutrition stats, but I think it's usually 4-5g of sugar.

I'm always looking for a great new protein bar! I know some people advocate against them bc they're processed, but when it boils down to it, I find them easy and convenient and a great dessert. I looked at the website based on your recommendation. Have you tried the OhYeah! Victory bars? I'm curious if those are good because their nutritional profile looks slightly better but hate ordering single bars and paying the shipping. I wonder if anyone knows if any retail stores have them? I didn't see them on the GNC website

I haven't tried the Victory bars, like you I don't like to order single bars and have not found them anywhere but my Bariatric center. Which is sad, because I rarely get to the center now that I'm 9 months out. 

I tried the oh yeah bars the other week and really like them
