I made it to Onederland !!!! - Just a little over 6 months and I'm there at Onderland and it feels good!   I still have about 50 lbs to lose and my weight loss is slower but I'm still losing.

Guess its the 3 week stall - Had surgery on 3/4, lost 15 pounds in the first two weeks and this week nada, in fact I gained 2 lbs.  ughhh

First Day at home after surgery - Today is my first day at home and I was told to switch to Phase 2 diet midday.  I've been sipping water with crystal light or just plan water all morning and late this afternoon...

Surgery Tomorrow - Clear liquid diet today was not fun, but I made it through.  Have to be at the hospital at 6:00 am tomorrow morning for a 7:30 am surgery.  See you on the loser's bench

Starting Pre-OP Diet tomorrw - So it's finally hitting me that I'm almost at my surgery date and just had my pre-op appointment with the dietician.  I start the 1000 cal pre-op diet tomorrow.  Wish me luck. ...
