*gentle hugs*
The good news is they are pretty darn good at fixing leaks.
Sorry you are having a rough start... On a brighter note... Many of those who started rough end up doing better in the long run. That may not be comforting now but it is something to smile about later.

They kept me an extra night.. It stabilized and I got to come home to stay in my own bed .
hope things work out as well for you...
The staff is really nice there, so at the very least know you are being well taken care of. They will resolve the problem and get you home soon.
Have your baby come and see you. Kids are allowed at the hospital. It will help make you feel better. You may be off to a rough start but believe everyone when they say it is so worth it. I had problems but not once did I have regrets. It is so worth it. Get well soon get home and you will feel so much better
sorry to hear of your problems- I too had a leak and a return to surgery 2 days after the first-- long story short I am now 6½ months out and lovin' my RNY- you will look back and say you would do it all over again---hang in there, think of the big picture and smile- you will overcome this complication and be home before you know it-- sending you healing vibes and hope your little one comes to visit you tonight!!

Hi Aidan,
I am pre-op in Ottawa so don't have anything to add in terms of experience. But I just want to say that I hope you are home soon and wish you the best.
