Hello OH peeps. Well it's been a long time since I've seen that number on the scale but here I am! 4.5 months and in onederland again for the last time. Bye-bye 200 something!!! Now looking down the barrel at goal.

Congrats, Mike! I've been banished from Onederland since 9th grade, which was about 40 years ago. New deal now-- I'm down about 75lbs since surgery 6/2-- so I'm just about exactly 100 pounds up from you. Encouraging to hear your progress and having the goal in sight.

I hope to meet you there back in Onederland in a few months. Great work!
