I feel your pain, even at 5 years out.  My theory:  you've lost your "insulation". LOL  I can be frequently seen walking about the house wearing a blanket.

I'd suggest a heated mattress pad.  It goes under your body and heat rises.... you can't lose!  It's my best friend all year long.

Except that I get too hot during the night.  It's a no-win I tell ya.

I do sometimes, then I just turn it off, but on the lowest setting it's rare that I get too hot.  I have heat settings of 1-10 on mine.

No Karen, those are not Hot Flashes.  It's your inner child playing with matches.

Hi Karen

I know I feel stupid every time I try on new clothes, I am always asking, is this too big, too small, the

right size for me? etc, will I ever get over this feeling that I can't look at clothes yet and figure out if it

will fit when I take it to the dressing room and have to get a smaller size or ask if it looks too big or

small on me?  LOL  It would help if the manufacturers would follow the same size guidelines, right?

I know it's a stupid question but I want to one day be able to go buy something in a size that I can look

at and realize it will either fit or not LOL

I am sure that I am not the only one that feels this way????

Take care

Eileen
