"This pre-mixed protein shake is a godsend for a busy mom!! I originally was trying to mix shakes, but it became very cumbersome, especially in the morning when I have to get my 4 & 6 year olds to school!! These are easy to throw in a small cooler bag to take to work and can be used as a meal replacement or a snack!! The chocolate is pretty good (tastes like the "old" Slimfast shakes without the "aluminum can" taste!!) but I did not really care for the strawberries-n-cream, although my friend LOVES those!! It just comes down to personal preference, but this has helped me a lot, mostly for the convenience factor!! Also, since it is pre-mixed but not too thin or too thick, you can drink it in a reasonable amount of time without it getting watered down or warm like shakes that you have to mix!! Finally, for the price, it is absolutely worth it!! I get mine at Sam's Club and a 12-pack is only $18.98 and each shake has 30g of protein!! Can't beat that!! Try it, especially if you find yourself too busy sometimes to mix!!"
