Honestly, I wasn’t nervous and trusted my choice. I felt warmly well cared for, taken care of, and everything was thoroughly explained at every stage. I went with my best friend who also had the surgery. They let us share a room. The staff and Dr Alvarez treated us respectfully as individuals (not as a number). It was a beautiful life changing experience. It still requires work and recovery and mindset changes but Dr A and staff are with you every step of the way. You never feel alone."
