8/22/2012-1 Year Surgiversary & Pics!!!
Has it been 1 year already???? Time flies when your -165 lbs lol. So I didn't make it below 200 by my 1 year which sucks but hopefully soon I will be. I have been hovering above onederland for a month or so now so time to kick into high gear lol. I'm not sure how close I am to goal considering the amount of skin I have. I have 40 lbs left to go till my goal of 160 and I'm assuming that atleast 20 of those pounds are skin. Plastics, oh I dream of the day but are not in the cards right now lol. I still do 1-2 shakes a day. I usually start my day with a protein bar or some high protein type food. My food throughout the day focuses on protein whether it be chicken, crab, tilapia, pork, steak, fage 0% with splenda and so on. I still need to find the balance between protein and veggies cause I never seem to get my veggies in. I eat more than right out of surgery. I still enjoy foods on occasion that I used to just in much smaller quantities and I don't gorge myself. A lot of foods you can find a healthier alternative for, eggface has a million great receipes. Before surgery I could eat 10 chicken wings easy now I'm lucky if I can eat 2. I made a photobook to document my progress which I will post a link to. It's my year in pics and I thought it would be something neat to have to show how far I have come, plus a coupon for a free book helps lol Kerry
