NSV that I didn't realize till yesterday!!!
As I was sitting in support some lady was asking if your knees get better with surgery and of course I was thinking yeah all that extra weight gone of the knees duh. Then hubby piped in about how I used to take the stairs one at a time up and down now I just go up and down the stairs I don't even think about it. That hit me like a ton of bricks, what an amazing NSV that I didn't even think about. Kerry 
HW: 365lbs. SW:353 CW:182.4 GW:160 lbs.
Goal 1: Get under 300 (Reached as of 11/15/2011 299.4 Baby)
Goal 2- Get under 200 (Reached as of 08/29/2012 199.2 Baby)
Goal 3- Get to 160
