I had surgery Dec. 16, 2013. I stayed at the hospital from 16-19 of Dec. and all I can say is WOW. I have several surgeries in the United States, but this hospital and their staff were above my expectations. Clean, rooms very big, staff were great. All the staff I had could speak and understand English. The OR was clean, very well organized when I arrived in it. All the Hospital staff were very observant about privacy and noise levels. I have to say this was one of my better hospital stays.

I stayed at The Oasis Hospital in November 2012.The hospital exceeded my expectations. It was very clean. The staff was great. All the doctors spoke English. At least one nurse per shift spoke English. The cafeteria is vegetarian if your companion chooses to eat there but there are places to eat near by.Throughout my time there we had 2 nurses and one doctor on our wing per shift. Also when I was there I was one of 2 patients on the wing so we of course had excellent care.My surgeon Dr. Kelly was in to check on me at least once a day. This hospital is a great choice.

Awesome place. I felt right at home, safe & cozy. If the graveyard nurses spoke better English that would of been a plus, but all in all it was great. No major complaints. After moving on the the Lucerna, I missed my cozy room at the hosp.

The staff could speak english and we had no trouble with communication. They took care of my every need and did so with a smile. My overall experience was excellent. They treated me like family.

Hospital was overall amazing--especially for mexico. The hosptial is known for it holistic and alternative treatments (especially for cancer) so you found lots of mennonites seeking treatment there. All of the food was natural, no salt added...the broth was actually boiled right from the chicken, the jello was pureed from fruit itself. Really nice! They also believed in spiritual care as well.

I wish I knew Spanish better to make the stay easier but the problems with the language did not interefere with the quality of care I recieved. there was always someone there who could speak a little English if there was a problem. If I ever decide to return to Mexico for any other surgerys (like PS) I would have no problems choosing them as my hosptial of choice.
