Hi, My surgery was April 14, 2008. I had gastric bypass. I have lost 51 pounds and fell that I am not losing any more.I dont really know how to updat my page. I am not that smart when coming down to working the computers. I have been drinking the Whey protein shot, but I was told that thwey make you gain weight, but my nutrient class says different, I am so confuse and depress . please help
