One Month Out!!!

I finally broke down and asked for my scale back so I can weigh myself for my one month goal. Great news.....I'M DOWN 31 POUNDS
Feeling great with so much energy.

Can walk distances without breathing heavy
Diabetes appears to be GONE after several test, my sugar levels after eating is around 90 not 180
Pants are no longer tight
Can finally play with my daughter and run around the house after her
I CAN SEE!!!! Diabetes was starting to mess with my vision
Swelling in feet and ankles are starting to go down.
I'M LOVING IT!!!
